Intergenerational Faith Formation Program
If your child is in grades K - 8, they should be signed up for Faith Formation classes.
The first session will be on Saturday, September 7, 2024 .
Registration for children must be on file. Adults wishing to participate may call the the Faith Formation Office at 724-929-9300 or the Epiphany of Our Lord Church Office at 724-684-7661.
You may pick up a registration form in the back of the church or use the form below. The PDF can be printed and submitted, or you may complete it and email it to either Tara at [email protected], or Darleen at the Faith Formation Office at [email protected].
